These terms govern your use of 11+ Mastermind ("the Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them. A parent or guardian must approve learning access for a child under 18.
11+ Mastermind is designed for children aged 7–11 preparing for the 11+ exam. Children under 18 may only use the learning features with parent or guardian approval.
A parent or guardian registers for the 14-day free website trial. A credit/debit card is required, with all Premium learning features included and no subscription payment today. Stripe checkout shows the exact first-charge date and amount, any eligible promotion and renewal terms before confirmation. Cancel before the trial ends and keep access through it without a charge; otherwise automatic paid billing begins on day 15. Creating sign-in details alone does not start the trial or unlock learning; an explicit parent/guardian declaration and confirmed card checkout are required. Introductory trials are available only once. Existing free accounts keep their starter allowances and history and can optionally upgrade if eligible. After a cancelled trial ends, the account returns to limited free access and keeps its history. Cancellation is available from Settings and Pricing billing controls. If you cancel a paid subscription, access continues to the end of the current billing period and no further subscription charges are made. App Store and Play Store purchases are managed through the relevant store. Refund requests are handled in line with UK consumer law.
All question content, explanations, branding, and software are owned by 11+ Mastermind or its licensors. You retain ownership of any answers and free-text you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to process them for the purpose of providing the Service (including AI tutoring).
The AI tutor is a learning aid, not a substitute for a human teacher. We do our best to keep responses accurate and age-appropriate, but we can't guarantee that every response is perfect. If you ever see a response that feels wrong or unkind, please tell us via Support.
We may suspend or close an account if these terms are seriously breached. You may close your account at any time from the Settings page.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that can't be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
